Professionally Sam holds a National Diploma in Nursery Nursing and a BA (hons) Early Years Degree.

She undertook her degree after having her first two children, although in recent years has worked in Retail, coming back to childcare 18 months ago.

In her spare time Sam enjoys baking, reading, Pilates, drawing, long walks, family holidays and killer sudoku.

Sam says she finds her role at Apple Tree Pre School "interesting and rewarding, each day is different and it never ceases to be amazing to see a child growing in confidence and ability".
